All orders are shipped by myself from my small home office.
I aim to ship out orders within 1-2 business days! x

Returns.
As we are an emerging handmade label with very small quantities of stock processing returns is challenging - please place your order with care.
We currently do not accept returns for change of mind. This will not always be the case, however at this point in time we are not able to manage returns like a larger company would be able to.
We are more than happy to exchange your piece for an alternate size if you are not happy with the fit, however this is again challenging due to our very small quantities of stock so please read the sizing tab on each product before purchasing if you are unsure.
Exchanges need to be requested within 7 days of receiving your package and proof of return shipment needs to be sent through within this time period also otherwise the exchange will not be valid or processed.
When processing an exchange the customer will need to cover the cost of having the item returned to our office, this includes international orders!
In the case of an exchange, if the size which you are wanting to receive instead is unavailable due to the small quantities of textiles ordered to prevent waste, you will be given a store credit.
All garments are checked thoroughly and put through quality control before sent to you but if you find your garment to be faulty please contact myself directly hello@maemdisko.com to discuss the situation.
