Shipping.

All orders are made in Sydney and shipped by myself from my small home office.I will do my absolute best to package and ship out your orders that day or the following using AusPost for Australian orders and Fedex Express for international orders.

I offer Fedex Express for all international orders. This company is highly reliable and has flights from Sydney to the US every day! Unfortunately because Australia is an island so far away from everywhere, international shipping is costly, however the extreme speed in which Fedex can deliver your item I hope is some compensation!

You will receive an order confirmation email as well as a conformation email when your order has been shipped.

Australia Post - Standard Shipping	2-5 business days	$10AUD
Australia Post - Express Shipping	1-3 business days	$15AUD
Fedex EXPRESS International	1-4 business days	$29AUD

 

Returns.

As we are an emerging handmade label with very small quantities of stock processing returns is challenging - please place your order with care.

We currently do not accept returns for change of mind. This will not always be the case, however at this point in time we are not able to manage returns like a larger company would be able to.

We are more than happy to exchange your piece for an alternate size if you are not happy with the fit, however this is again challenging due to our very small quantities of stock so please read our size guide before purchasing if you are unsure.

Exchanges need to be requested within 7 days of receiving your package and proof of return shipment needs to be sent through within this time period also otherwise the exchange will not be valid or processed.

When processing an exchange the customer will need to cover the cost of having the item returned to our office, this includes international orders!  

In the case of an exchange, if the size which you are wanting to receive instead is unavailable due to the small quantities of textiles ordered to prevent waste, you will be given a store credit.

All garments are checked thoroughly and put through quality control before sent to you but if you find your garment to be faulty please contact myself directly hello@maemdisko.com to discuss the situation and a refund minus the shipping cost if desired.

 

cancellations.

If you would like to cancel your order this must be done before the order has been shipped! I aim to have my orders packed and shipped as soon as possible so please contact me asap. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of making your purchase provided the garment has not been shipped. 

Please note you cannot make cancellations on pre order purchases! Due to the limited quantities and our handmade production processes once your pre order is placed it goes into production due to your purchase.
